Worldbuilding: This story mainly takes place around Emily’s work and her home.
Characters: The main characters are Emily and Dylan. They’ve been together since high school and have loved every second of their life together. But after their twin boys start school Emily feels unmoored. Ready to feel productive again she gets a job at the local library much to her husband’s dismay. Unfortunately, it isn’t at all what it’s cracked up to be but Emily refuses to throw in the towel. Can Emily learn to love this job or will circumstances change her opinion and help her and her husband reconnect?
Plot: This story is mainly about what comes after the happily ever after and shows how good it can be!!
Writing: This novella is written in first person points of view of Emily and Dylan and is a standalone story.
Curb Appeal: I love this cover it embodies the main characters perfectly! The blurb gives great background of the characters and a little information on what’s to come!
Ultimately: This is another great Alexa Riley story that is different than the rest. I enjoyed every minute of it and loved that this showcased what happens after being together for so long and how everything can be wonderful! All in all, if you are in the mood for husband that will do anything to keep his wife happy and a wife who finally realizes she had what she needed the whole time, the come check out Wrapped in My Wife!!!!!
